Our Process
01. Initial Assesment
The initial assessment includes a complete review of your injury history, athletic history, and current training goals; followed by a detailed movement evaluation consisting of mobility, core stability, and foundational movement tests. These tests will be filmed for review using biomechanics software and used to create your movement report.
02. Assessment Review
Following the initial assessment, a detailed report will be created to review your movement capabilities and will summarize the areas of focus for your training. This report will be accompanied by a video review with commentary and feedback from by your coach.
03. Training Plan
Your training plan will be designed based on the findings in your assessment and will be fully customized to your goals, access to equipment, travel schedule, and current injuries. This program will be delivered via mobile app and will be updated each cycle.
04. training Execution
At the beginning of each cycle, you will have a 1-on-1 session with your coach to review your program. Then, you will execute your training throughout the cycle and will have regular check-ins with your coach.

Your program will be based on the equipment that you have access to. However, your coach will make recommendations based on your training needs for what equipment you may need for proper training.

We specialize in helping athletes prepare to perform outside of the gym. If you do not have a rehabilitation goal or a performance goal outside of the gym, our training program is not the right fit for you.

Nutrition is not provided in The EverAthlete ID program. However, we can connect you with great nutrition professionals if needed.

Each training cycle is 4-8 weeks in length based on your training timeline. However, there is a minimum commitment of 12 weeks in The EverAthlete ID Program.

You will have a 1-on-1 session with your coach at the beginning of each training cycle to review the movements and goals for your training cycle. After that session, you will have regular check-ins with your coach. You will also have the opportunity to receive video feedback on your exercise technique.
