  • If you are brand new to strength training, our beginner program is a great place to start integrating strength training into your weekly routine. The Beginner Program will prepare you to progress into our other program tracks by building your foundational movement capabilities.

  • Our programs vary from 2-3 sessions each week depending on which program you are following. 

  • Depending on which membership you choose (monthly/yearly) you will be billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled.

  • This varies for athletes based on riding volume. We have a full tutorial on how to schedule your strength training within the app to help you select the right schedule for you.

  • In The RideStrong App, there is a training questionnaire that you can fill out and our team will help you choose the right program(s) for you based on your riding schedule, training timeline, training experience, and access to equipment.
